This five-session program covers:

-Why & how diversity contributes to business results
-Coaching for performance and powerful communication
-Retention and talent strategy
-Operationalizing the value of diversity in the workforce
Designed as a foundational level DEI leadership program, the aim of this five-part series is to build capacity with DEI and leadership competencies. In this cohort model, we will also learn from other participants, not just from the staff and speakers.
