Action Planning

Action Planning begins with a 8-hour training session followed by monthly staff meetings which are co-led by an Inclusive Communities facilitator.

It is designed for a maximum of 90 participants and delivered by one facilitator.

Facilitation Package

10 monthly planning sessions for up to 25 people.

Program Package

One full-day Foundation workshop plus 10 monthly planning sessions. The Foundation workshop is open to 90 people or your full staff.
