Conversations for Change

Inclusive Communities is proud to welcome Gaby Natale as the featured guest for the 4th Annual Jane H. & Rabbi Sidney H. Brooks Conversations for Change. A triple Daytime Emmy® Award–winning journalist, bestselling author, and leadership speaker, Natale is widely recognized for her groundbreaking work in media, entrepreneurship, and representation. Taking place at the Holland Performing Arts Center, this free, public event will explore what it means to lead with authenticity, embrace individuality, and redefine success in a rapidly changing world. Natale’s career spans global brands, iconic stages, and historic firsts, making her a powerful voice for inclusion, innovation, and courageous leadership. Conversations for Change honors the legacy of Jane H. and Rabbi Sidney H. Brooks creates space for meaningful dialogue that inspires action and strengthens community. The event brings Arts and Humanities thought leaders from around the world to Omaha to share how they use their platform to elevate their experiences around confronting prejudice, bigotry and discrimination to bridge cultural divides and strengthen communities. The series was established in 2022 and made possible by a gift from Miriam Brooks in honor of her parents, Jane and Rabbi Sidney Brooks. Conversations for Change debuted in 2023 with actor Kal Penn, and featured Bob the Drag Queen in 2024 and Emmy-winning actress and producer Storm Reid in 2025. On March 17, 2026, we will be welcoming triple Emmy-winning Journalist, Author and Motivational Speaker Gaby Natale!
