Maggie Wood grew up in rural Illinois and graduated from Eureka College in 1993. Maggie moved to Nebraska in 1997 as part of the general contracting team for the Roman L. Hruska U.S. Courthouse. Maggie has worked in supply-chain/wholesale, operations, non-profit administration, fundraising, the arts and with government agencies. Her varied employment experiences have led to a well-rounded view of systems and policies and how they can serve all people.
Maggie began her leadership at Inclusive Communities in September of 2015. She is currently an Executive Director and the Lead Development/ Culture and Sustainability Officer.
Maggie volunteers on the boards of Omaha Girls Rock and World Speaks.
