Jane H. & Rabbi Sidney H. Brooks Conversations for Change 2027

Inclusive Communities is proud to announce that the 5th Annual Jane H. & Rabbi Sidney H. Brooks Conversations for Change event will be March 16, 2027.

Taking place at the Omaha Performing Arts’ Tenaska Center for Arts Engagement, this free, public event will explore inclusion, innovation, and courageous leadership.

Conversations for Change honors the legacy of Jane H. and Rabbi Sidney H. Brooks creates space for meaningful dialogue that inspires action and strengthens community. The event brings Arts and Humanities thought leaders from around the world to Omaha to share how they use their platform to elevate their experiences around confronting prejudice, bigotry, and discrimination to bridge cultural divides and strengthen communities. The series was established in 2022 and made possible by a gift from Miriam Brooks in honor of her parents, Jane and Rabbi Sidney Brooks.

Conversations for Change debuted in 2023 with actor Kal Penn and featured Bob the Drag Queen in 2024 and Emmy-winning actress and producer Storm Reid in 2025. In 2026, triple Daytime Emmy® Award–winning thought leader, bestselling author, and transformative voice in leadership and reinvention, Gaby Natale, presented.
