Inclusive Communities’ customized, professional development workshops focus on building leadership skills and respectful, inclusive behaviors in order to assist in sustaining this competitive advantage in the workplace. This is done by providing participants with activities and presentations aimed at understanding socialization; examining unconscious bias and prejudices; and increasing the knowledge, language and dialogue skills to forge meaningful inter-group relationships and impact your organization’s culture.

Our presentations and activities are designed to examine and break down the stereotypes, myths, and barriers among the divides of race, faith, gender, ability, and other diversities – a critical first step in the blueprint for building an inclusive work-space and organizational culture that reflects mutual trust, acceptance and respect of all its employees and customers.

In depth consultations are conducted to handcraft the most dynamic programming that will assist employees in developing personal human relations skills. Additionally, consultations allow staff to incorporate company values into the workshops and focus on leadership development, team-building and organizational pride.  Following a workshop, participants complete evaluations to determine their perceived personal and professional growth and to identify personal goals to implement in their workplace, as well as, in their personal life.
