Humanitarian Brunch

April 19 @ 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Precious Brady-Davis will be the featured speaker at the annual Humanitarian Brunch hosted by Inclusive Communities. For 82 years, Inclusive Communities has honored those with a steadfast commitment to making the Omaha community a better and more inclusive place for everyone, and the tradition continues this year on Sunday, April 19th at the Scott Conference Center (6450 Pine St.).

The Humanitarian Brunch starts at noon with a Bloody Mary and mimosa happy hour. A hosted brunch and program follow at 1:00pm, featuring honored guest Precious Brady-Davis. Lauded internationally as an award-winning diversity advocate, communications professional, and public speaker, Davis currently serves as the Central Region Communications Manager for Sierra Club’s Beyond Coal Campaign. She finds deep meaning in examining the roots of what proliferates bias, bigotry, and prejudice in our world. Through celebrating the beauty of coexistence, uplifting/centering the stories of those who are most marginalized, and seeing that all issues that affect the human condition are interconnected, she invites all who come in contact with her to see the resilience that lives within us all.

Tickets to the Humanitarian Brunch are on sale now and are $100 each, $65 of which is tax-deductible. For reservations, click here.
